A 45-year-old trader who resides at Plot 26, Dan-Suleiman Street, Utako, Abuja, Sunny Onugu,is presently appearing at a court hearing for
gross indecency and assault. Sunny had at Kado Grade 1 Area Court for touching a woman’s breast without her consent. Sunny had not guilty of the crime but was granted bail by the presiding judge Malam Abubakar Sadiq after paying the sum of N50000. Prosecutor Salisu Khaleel had reported that Adeyemi Rafiui reported the incidence to the police saying that sunny touched her in the breast while she was paying for the candle she bought and when she protested the defendant slapped her which made her report the incidence to the police..
