Adepoju Jamiu, 23, living in Ondo is been sentenced to jail by the Abuja high court for stealing a blackberry phone worth N17000. John Yakubu Yusuf the former director of the Police Pension Board had being sentenced to two year imprisonment for embezzling 2billion naira from the total 33 billion stolen from the police pension also but
when he pleaded guilty he was given an option to pay a fine of N250000 to avoid jail term.
